the talon/p valve is Not the old standard high flow aka condor valve that we all know, it is very close to the high flow but they are calling it the Direct-Flo valve, and it has some internal differences…
here is the thread that I was reading when I learned this

Re: 2015 Lelya Pics?

there are a few interesting mods in the direct valve that might be worth trying on the high flow…

Not sure if talon tunes has differing length one piece tophats but they don’t need adjusting because you adjust and test with your stock tophat, note down what the distance was and get an identical one made of the same dimensions

I think I need to adjust the tophat on mine as well. It’s very consistent but the sweet spot is kinda tight (18-20 shots) and it uses more air than I sould like.

Question. Why don’t the one piece top hats need adjusting? I really don’t understand how that works.

Paul

you sure can 😉

quote get the blue jay:

yeppers… Both Be :11: Flows

Thanks Thunder!

btw – looks like you have the top hat Way out on the condor tank, dialing that back some will save you air and rise your shot count 😉

so, can i use the condors tank on the talonP?

here is the the two nest to each other.

condors left & TalonP’s right.

condor is a .22 cal thought. i dont know if that makes a difference.

I’ve always assumed it’s a high flower, but you know what they say about assuming…

may be thunder can post a pic of his two tanks side by side so we can see the valves….(hint, hint)

I’m also wondering what hammer it has in it now… once again I would ASSume it’s the condor….
