What’s the smallest frame inside diameter anyone’s heard of?
What’s the largest?
I found this thread that says inside diameters range from 1.004″ to 1.008″, but my AirForce bushings are 1.011″ outside diameter, so I know that’s not right.

To get bushing to fit nice and tight I coat them in finger nail polish and let it harden. Then I insert the barrel with bushings into the frame and let the frame scrap off any finger nail polish that does not fit and viola….the bushings are now spot on to the diameter to the frame

edit: oh yes and do not use a caliper to get that measure but use telescoping gauges and a micrometer. Check a couple places and cross wise as well. Fit to tightest dia.

What color nailpolish??? I only have safety orange, meself. And i’m almost outta cotton balls so don’t ask to borrow any, wok.
I have several frames, the one I’m working on now mikes 1.010″ but I have 2 more new ones coming in. I have an older one I just bought and it seems a tad tighter, around 1.008″
I know I made some stuff for the current gun and it didn’t fit into the older frame. What a PITA. But if you have one that’s 1.015″ I think you won some sorta prize, I’ve never heard one that big. Musta grown that one thar for the county fair.
