Thanks Manny! That EVOL .30 MOE is likely to get ordered, once a few questions get answered; time to call. Good to know Doug had a hand in the fault-finding and seeing the latest improvements.
Not answering email is bad business. I own a mail order business and find it better than phone calls because there is a written record on both sides. A business needs to answer email if they post an email address, to maximize income. Most customers either get pissed or suspicious if ignored.
