What’s up with the pellet shortage?
I have had .22 Kodiaks backordered from Pyramid for about 3 weeks now. Called yesterday and some dude said they were expecting approx 400 tins to arrive today, but I was still further down the list than what these tins would satisfy on previous back orders. He said there should be another shipment on the 5th of Sept, at which time my order would hopefully be fillled.
I have a place here in town that I’ve bought all previous pellets from, but their supplier has not been able to obtain Kodiaks for about 2 months now. So why is there such a shortage of these things all of a sudden?

airgunsbbguns.com has .22 Kodiaks in stock and there the cheapest i hae found them 7.65 a tin of 200
Thats funny. When I go from Kodiaks to crow-magnums the crows shoot to the right.
yeah bikini I know what ya mean. My kodiaks shoot to the left too… now why in the world does it go left? I cant figure it out… can you fill me in on the secret?
I have my rifle Zeroed for JSB’s at 25 yards. If I change over to kodiaks, my POI moves about 1/2″ to the left. When I use all my JSB’s up, I am gonna switch over to Kodiaks.
About 3 weeks ago Mac 1 Tim expected Kodiaks towards the end of this month, so I called today about them. His partner Mike answered, and said they still don’t have any either. He said something about the pellets being hung up at customs, or some such thing. But they do expect them anytime now, maybe by this coming Fri.
PA does have .22 JSB Exacts in stock, I just ordered 4 500 ct tins of them, and received a email saying they have shipped. So now Hopefully they don’t arrive spilled and damaged… 😡 My gun loves JSB’s about the same as Kodiaks, but I like the Kodiaks for longer ranges.
