i have read and personal contact ,,all are complaining against USA Dealer …
very simple,,, USA dealer is able to contact the guys, whoever (Ernest, John ,,,, ) to fix the issue soon and later will contact Ed,, Ed i will fix all these guns and will charge you ,,because it happened because of your mistake,,, am i make any F****** sense?

then i can say you are right,,, i read some feedback or what they called (Testimonials) i see that he is preferring or praising a Vulcan, maybe because of this he is not taking care of the issues of the Edgun!!

Its the way you are handling it or not handling it your clients shouldn’t have to tear open their own guns why are guys like Brian able to open the fucken thing faster than u ? Because he’s had to open 60 times a day trying to fix his own gun bullshit!!

I talked with John and he agreed to take the gun of those who are hesitating to open it themselves and change the parts. So they can send the guns to him and get them back modified. I will pay for that. Something else?

I imediatly stated I don’t work for Edgun or know for a “fact” what I do know for a fact is that Ed has displayed poor customer service fact!
I know we can fix our guns by sending them to Hagen
I’ll just pay to have it fixed and never buy another Edgun
Because if anything breaks Ed won’t stand behind it!
u will have to contract your own parts and machinest and pay the labor, even on a gun “under warranty”

the R4 are having issue already with the new cheaper barrels
He got discounted so he can keep more of your $ but he had to trim them now accuracy issues plages his new line

Barrels, as usual, LW, made on my specification and according to my drawings. Any doubt? Contact them and ask. But you will not as saying bullshit is much easier, right?
I wonder if people in USA has to visit doctor to get right to have guns or not? I think that is a good practice in Russia, they have to…

New barrels are for R4, the length of 700 mm, no choke for cast bullets. I want to try it, besides people here, in Russia, are very keen of the heavy self custed bullets for PCP guns I just wnat to give them tool for that.
In a thread a few months back Ed said that the new R4 will have a longer barrel and possibly be unchoked. I am pretty sure that is what he is referring to.
Airgunwhore, have you contacted Hagan to get your new valve? We are all aware that ED fucked up with the R3 .30 valve, but now there is a fix that wont cost you much and it is KNOWN to be a long term fix. It may even be that Keyser & Hagan’s valve improves the shot string.
Ed is Lucky Soze loved the 30, Luck Soze brianstormed with Ernest and Hagan to fix EDguns problem. Oh yes Soze Also paid. Ed got a hammering for his lack of customer service. Not sure what the damage was.
Ed takes any kind of comment because he knows HE is driving everybody mad and certainly he doesn’t risk to compromise his reputation.
The real problem is that his BS makes straight guys arguing.
Keyser, John and Ernest have done a great thing by finding a solution to put a patch on Ed’s flaws and we all (Edgun .30 owners or not) have to be grateful for these efforts because directly or indirectly we are profiting from this.
Well actually I don’t know if we will really profiting from this….
I don’t know how popular Kafka is in the US but I see more “Kafka” when reading the Edgun section on TAG than when I was reading his novels.
What could happen (and I’m not kidding) is that Ed is going to raise the price of the R3 .30 cal.
How can you compare the satisfaction coming from being able to repair a 2500 USD piece of junk to the satisfaction coming from reparing a much more expensive piece of junk?
The price increase will only lead to create bigger heros and much more satisfied and happy customers.

There will be just one new barrel – for Extra Long version of R4. It will come without a choke. R4 Standard and R4 Long will have the same barrels as R3.

Ed said he was still working of a fix that he was still having problem obtaining the 3mm rods that there hard to get in Russia
So we know he’s been busy with IWA and that is true
So I got to say Ed is so far working on a fix and attempting to correct this issue
