Where is Ed??
I have been trying to contact Ed for his Edgun scopes but it seems he has gone missing. Or maybe he is not interested. Does anyone know his whereabouts?

Believe Ed is in Estonia now finalising the Leshie, so he is pretty busy.
he is busy testing and as you can see not a computer or smart phone in site to distract him. just pellets, paper and a pencil. please leave him be until he is ready to answer your emails.

Yeah, that’s true. I email dase too and it took them almost exactly One month to reply.
Also there seems to be dealers both in Cyprus and Portugal.
Not from sweden but from Portugal and UAE. Those dealers in Cyprus and Portugal are dead as they never reply to emails. Ed told me to contact DASE but they also don’t reply to emails.

If you got guns from Sweden then maybe you can try getting Edgun from there as well? She is much better at responding on emails and has good info. However I don’t know if she is Good at English or not because we spoke in Swedish.

There are no importers or dealers of any brand in my country so I import these on my own. I rely on these email communications for my purchases. I email different dealers of a brand worldwide and deal with the one who can send the item to me. I have got some Fx guns and a Vulcan that way from their dealer in Portugal. A friend got a RAW from Cyprus. They all have a very good dealers network. Have been trying to get an Edgun but unfortunately its distribution worldwide is very poor. Ed can’t send me one direct so Edgun is out of my list. Seems Ed is totally relying on American market or his local sales whereas the more thriving brands are covering the whole world as one market. Their communication and response is very efficient. I had few issues with my Wildcat and Johan sent my the regulator twice, complete valve assembly and complete hammer assembly and it all took only 3 weeks. You all know how busy Fx is with impact and me as one customer from a country with no such business potential for Fx still got a response that was exemplary. The regulator adjustment screw on my Vulcan had stripped threads from factory. I sent 1 email got the response same day from Evgeny asking my address and within 2 weeks I got the part. Got 2 more Vulcans for my friends. Got 3 more Wildcats 4 Impacts 2 Royales just because of how the manufacturer and their dealers handled the communication. Suppose I had an Edgun with some issue and the way Ed responds, how disappointing and frustrating that will be.
Got a chronograph from Ed took a few weeks just to get enough information for ordering. Sent payment but Ed went quiet. Kept emailing him but no response. At one point I thought that my money is wasted. But finally he responded. It took weeks just to get those shipped from him because he was busy. Now want to get a few scopes. Ed responded to my first email but after that he’s gone quiet. Quite frustrating. If he is busy then there should be a way for communication and sending out the orders. Or maybe he isn’t interested in smaller orders. As they say in my country it’s these tiny drops that make a sea.
I am not trying to make Ed look bad. I am not the complaining type. He is the only manufacturer who has made so many videos on his guns that one doesn’t need earnest or sniperqty for any information. I really like his guns and consider them as one of the best. Respect him for how he is facing the negative criticism and as a hard working and an honest person. I want him to look at above issues and do something about them. I want him to increase his reach and be competitive. World has become one market now and he must be able to reach it.
he is busy in his workshop getting the leshiy ready for export. those guns don’t make themselves you know.
I’m also in the long line waiting for replies. I guess he must be out of office. Jamal
He gets many messages and takes long to respond. Make sure there is no importer where you are from or he will just point you there, that’s what he did to Me. I had no idea there was an official importer of Edgun in my country and was pleased to find out it was a damned helpful one.
