Where to get "O-ring lube or "Divers silicone"

Don’t know the chemical make of the two, like one may have a higher ratio of silicone to base then the other. I just know one cost $8~10 and the other is < $2 They look and feel (viscosity) the same.
Still the same stuff though? Just not “food” quality right?
Diver’s silicone grease is food quality because it’s used in the secondary regulator of SCUBA systems and can possibly be ingested, thus the price difference. Plumber’s silicone grease is the same but I assume not sterile. I own a tub of both. They look and feel the same.
