Where to purchase 16mm Barrel Bushings
I got a 24″ barrel in a trade but it doesn’t have barrel bushings. I don’t need vented bushings, regular bushings will work for me just fine. Talon Tunes only has vented bushings on their site. The only other place I’ve been able to find them is pcptunes.com but they’re in the UK I believe because shipping is really high. Where can I get a set of regular 16mm barrel bushings for a 24″ .22 in the US?

16mm is outside diameter of barrels. They fall under “heavy” barrels. The older guns hammer strikers inner diameter was 12mm. Condor SS and maybe the newer talon ss line use 12mm barrels but the newer hammer works with both 16mm and 12mm barrels. Airforce usually doesn’t send screws because they figure you have them for a barrel you already have. You have to request them. Also keep in mind the frame to barrel screws are different lengths depending on 16mm or 12mm barrels along with the right Barrel bushings.
Airforce has sent me the wrong breech before even though the invoice said otherwise. Called them and they sent out the one I really ordered for free and was good to go. I would call them!
Update.
Contacted Airforce and ordered bushings direct. Unfortunately​ they seem to be a couple mm too small. I specified 16mm & the invoices says just that. Strange
In addition the rep told me they included set screws. They do not. Contacting them again tomorrow to get this straightened out.
If for some reason I’ve got a crazy barrel that’s slightly off, I’ll send them to you ,rick, to shave off a touch. Honestly tho I’ve never heard of an LW barrel having such a massive imperfection.

IS the 16mm larger then the inside diameter then the stock ones?
If so I can turn them up to 16mm.

Rev , does it really matter if the bushings are vented ? If so , you might need someone to make them for you .
Non-vented bushings in todays’ market maybe history and no longer being made .

Thanks. I specified 16mm when I ordered them. She even sent me another set, albeit the same size.
I gave the bushings to a buddy who is going to turn them to the size needed.
In the meantime, I’ve traded/sold my other 22 barrels in favor is 25. Most of my shooting is under 50 yards and I hunt frequently. 25 makes more sense.
If my modified bushings don’t work, you’ll probably see the bushing-less barrel on the forums soon
