Which one?
Hello all! I’m going to purchase an Talon SS this week and would like to know the best website to buy from and what setup I should get. I’m thinking the .22 with a scope and bi-pod to start. After a month or so when my wife comes back down to earth I’ll add more, lol. I’ll be using it for the tree rats, birds, etc at a range of 50 yards so what ever setup you guys would start with please advise. Thanks!

Call Van at Airhog, they’ll test fire it and make sure everything’s working OK before they ship – then send you a copy of the target too.

The tri-rail is highly recommended, make sure you talk to Van about how you’re going to fill the tank. He’ll have the correct fittings you’ll need from the get go.
Scope selection is a very subjective topic, and I can only recommend based upon what I already own. My priorities were japanese glass, mildot, 24x, good turrets, compact design. I wound up with the Weaver V24, and i don’t regret it.
Put a few $$ aside and order a WokBut, from Adam on this board. Makes all the difference in the world with these guns. 8)
