Which PS-22 Mounting Adapter?

The outside diameter of my scope’s objective end is like 52.7mm exactly. I see that the #3 adapter has a 50mm insert and the #4 has a 56mm. Will the 56mm insert be too large to tighten up correctly and would the 50mm insert have to be pried open to work?

Hope someone can help because I don’t want to drop over a $100 bucks for the wrong mounting adapter. I know I could use the rubber light suppessors but I really don’t want to line up everything with custom bases and such…not now anyway.

I have one of those adapter’s and they suck…..

I got what should have worked perfectly, but still had to make my own shim.

The shims they include are hard composite = no grip, I’d turn it on or change the focus and the thing would rotate.

Then ff you use rubber to get some grip then you introduce sag.

This is cheaper AND rock solid
