Q:

who can…

…make me a replacement trigger bar (long strip that holds in trigger springs, trigger bar goes thru it, and grip is held on to it) out of stainless or similar.

if anyone is interested in this simple job, PM me as soon as you can to negotiate details.

got a better suggestion?

my goals are a secure fit in the raceway, harder metal(stiffer would be nice)
a tighter slot for trigger protrusion, a small bit of additional stability, and an optional piece that will fill in some area in the frame above the grip to rear of frame, with hole for grip retaining stud.

primary concern is the flat piece with holes drilled and better material.

wg15 isnt an option cause i have my foregrip mounted back and it wont fit.

i could make this sort of thing myself, but i got NO time.

Why not just strip the coating or whatever it is and polish it. If thats what your looking for. What are you trying to achieve?

Note that stainless will still rust. Stainless doesn’t mean that it doesn’t stain, it means that it stains less than regular steel essentially.

I can make one but seems like a waste. It is held in with wok guard or stock guard. Stainless is a lot harder machine. What is one willing to pay for one with all the holes less the safety slot?

steel is TOO soft, like the trigger parts.

id like one made that is better steel, fits the raceway snugly, has a narrower slot drilled for trigger clearance, preferably incl. setscrew overtravel hole, and i saw the triggerguards you made that has a little section that snugly fits up into the channel above the grip to fill the rear slot well.

another useful(but optional) feature would be an integral AR grip adapter

at its simplest itd stil be awesome.(also, do away with the slot that the safety linkage ran in)

hell, even a bar of close dimension that i could drill and grind would be great…

I might want one too.

That’s the spring plate. What’s wrong with the stock one?
