Who has ordered or is going to order the Evanix Max Bullpup?
I am thinking about saving up for one. This thing looks nasty. The below video is the only one I found so far…although it has not been cronied…it is claiming to be a powerful bullpup and from the looks of his off hand shooting…it seems to be accurate.
Many are crying about the weight but since it is shorter and center of gravity will be closer to your body…should not truly be a concern. Besides…I am not a girly man like most of you guys 😛
Anyway, just wanted to hear some thoughts???

regardless whether the bugs are worked out or not I really think the bullpup will end up being an extremely limited production item
we are talking basically a $2000.00 pellet gun
most buying AGs at that price point are disinterested with semi, muchless full auto…just look at the Edgun guys and their mostly apathy over Ed’s semi conversion kit.
as such the market on this Korean beast is truly incredibly narrow
the vast majority into the full auto aspect simply lack the disposable income to throw at buying one of the .25 Bullpups and at the 2K mark I really doubt anyone will ever have a pallet of them sitting in a Stateside warehouse either
for the record I do have one in .25 on preorder
Well roach if people are getting the groups that they say they are then at the end of the day that’s where it counts, but the whole idea of me initiating a shot by pulling the trigger and there being a delay before firing just doesnt sit right with my brain. Its an instinct thats been drilled into my head for many years.
All in all I would never buy it anyway, If I was to venture into something like that I would build it myself for a lot less

Yes that is the same gun, that is why I think it behooves us to wait for a while.
Things I want to see changed is the “tying up of the action” solved, the battery arranged so it can be charged with a simple plug in arrangement and the voltage level for best operation determined.
it is just q matter having a little patience and not hop on the first generation.
The good news is by the time us mere mortals have enough funds saved up I am sure they will have these problems sorted out.

If this thing is not “bullet proof” then I will most likely pass. The whole allure for me was a home defense weapon…other than that, I am fine with single shot pcp’s….

Dave, a lot of posters are troubled by that open bolt firing, or would that be closed bolt to open bolt firing. 🙄
Oddly enough, they shoot 1/2 ich groups in full auto at 50 yards, so for me that is where the rubber meets the road.
They say 60 fpe, now x 10 that is 600 fpe, which is the same as my Ranger 45 withut the over penetration.

I wouldn’t buy one in its stock form. When you pull the trigger, a little motor pulls back the hammer and releases it. Probably taking around half a second.
If I was going to buy one, it owuld have to be modified so that the motor brings the hammer back and its held by a mechanical sear, so when you pull the trigger it feels like any other mechanical airgun, and then the motor resets the hammer onto the sear again.
Too much delay from pulling the trigger to the gun firing for my liking

Many of you know my history…unfortunately a tragic mistake made 28 years ago (age 16) will never allow me to own firearms. I am good friends with many sherrif’s deputies and one has even said that I should simply get a biometric safe for in the house that would allow my wife to keep one of her powder burners here in the house for home protection….(even a judge here in town said that he would see no problem with that)…until I mentioned one possible scenario. Let say a home invasion occurs…my wife (despite her being a military veteran) retrieves her .40 cal glock she panics, looses the weapon, whatever the case may be…I pick it up and finish the job. Invader is dead by my hand with her weapon….The judge and my friends all agree I would be up shits creek. Now if I took the perps weapon and bested him with it…that would be a different story. The point I’m making here is that I think this Bullpup would make a fine choice for my Home Defense weapon.
I would still use my current HD weapon (Katana) only I would use a flurry of 10 .25 cal pellets as the prelude to the slashing. Only thing is I need to make sure that battery pack is always charged 😯
I will probably buy one once the bugs are worked out. I want the full length 25 bottle gun tho.
Oddly enough I want it for long range target shooting using full auto. It seems to group as well on full auto as it does on semi, I think you can take advatage of that in varible winds, getting 5 shots off before the wind changes.
Not to mention that I can buy 50 North Korean plastic soldiers for $1.99, mount a propane burner with Petzo ignition on the bottom of the barrel and play Korean war. 😆

I think it is very cool , but i am a one shot one kill kind of guy, impressive accuracy even with the full auto.

I’ll wait a year or two to see how reliable the rifles are. Probably go for the Conquest or bullpup (whichever is most accurate and most fpe). Maybe this is asking for too much, but I like to see the rifle spit out more pellets per second (maybe twice as fast). Pest control with an automatic would be interesting.
