quote Mr-lama:

About the power off thing, I think that’s a general issue with Gen 1 stuff. After you turn it off, it takes a little bit for the image to go away. Weird, but that’s how it is.

So don’t ever take the lens cap off in light even if the NV is off.

The seller acknowledged it was defective, said he put it to the side but his son packed all the items and was sent accidentally.

Sorry, I got it but it was defective from the get go, IR would’nt work, it would’nt power off, and was missing the rubber cover for the IR. Seller sent another one, I just posted the pic above as a ref. for the serial # in case the replacement one is the same one and not a replacement. I’ll let you guys know how it works when I get it.

New or used????

Link?

Shadow

PS: A good IR laser or tac light will extend its range by quite a bit. That Gen 1 stuff can’t pick up starlight well at all, but with a good IR light, or a tac light with an IR filter on it, you can reach out a pretty good distance!

Wellllllllllllllll??????? How does it work??

can ya get 30 yards out of it??

post a link too thanks.

Go for it. You can sell it for that here more than likely.
