WTF???
Twice now I have written an evaluation and test of the .257 Dyotat Special That I rung out this mourning and Nothing! Twice I have written the report, hit Submit and nothing. Screen goes white again. As if nothing had ever been written. WTF!!! 👿

I posted an answer to you about the same problem that you were having a year or 2 ago.
Compose the post in Word and then cut and paste. You can’t lose a Word document until you want to delete it.
Word will also do spell check for you. Word is a godsend for me as; I can’t spell worth a shit!
Interesting side note: when I type Obama into a Word document: the Word spell checker always asks me if I meant to type Osama! It just did it again! Were they both somehow related?
On a lighter note: you have been waiting for your parts to show up for 3-4 months and you only get 80 shots out of your worn out breech? WTF: you should have had a new breech on hand and waiting for the rest of your new parts to arrive! Shame on you!

Yeah, I’ve tried that a couple of times, and people were responding to post that were no where near finished. Worked out BAD! 😯 And I just did it again this evening. 😆

Take it from me, i’m an expert with loosing long typed out post on this and the yellow forum.
As someone said, type it all up on word and save it. You can take as looooong as you want on word without being timed out…lol! YEP, about 15-20 mins here and you will loose all that you have typed. MAN THAT’S FRUSTRATING.
I’ve copied and pasted here then went back and added the pics from photobucket.
Or you can do it the long and hard way and start a topic here then hit SUBMIT then go back and EDIT it, then SUBMIT, then EDIT again till your done…….lol! Just jokin 😯 😆

I timed out once, not sure how long you can take to post, 20 min. maybe too long.
Knife, how long were you taking to compile the post?
Some web browsers will time out of a page.
I’ve only had problems if I start a post then do something (or forget) for an hour or two and then try to post it.
Write it in your word processor and save it. Then copy and paste here.
I am not having any troubles, let see if any one else is.

Yep, I thought about ordering a spare breach, and I guess I was just too damned lazy to do it. 😳
Raining like hell here right now. All night and all day. Now this doesn’t seem unusual to most people, but it is damned strange here in the almost desert. 😯 In fact, we have broken all records. That and it got all the way to 74 f today. The day before it was the typical 106f. So, even if the breach hadn’t blown, shooting would have been out of the question. Without a snorkel at least. 😆
Trying to figure out the proper size for the bbl. My mike and calipers aren’t fine enough to give me a definitive answer. Seems a little tight with the .257 sizing die.
And you had better believe there will be a full report when the breach gets here!!! For those that don’t know, Tedd, (OldGoat) provided the Barrel for this Project. Thanks a Million Tedd! This thing is gonn’a get well used! 😉
