Sorry Rc I opened pandoras box. lmao
You just want another excuse to start testing all over again~! lol
20 or 30 pounds more lead down range! lol
Makes sense to be as much within the law as possible. 😳

What are you going after with a 58 caliber that 45 is not big enough for elk?? lmao
Are you going elephant hunting with an air gun??
With the penetration on that barrel it would kill an elephant.
RC now you will need more molds, air , lead and time. lol
I really like that 58 slamming the drum!

A Tyrannosaurus Rex might pop up 😆 the 58 may have some advantage with one of those ! 😆

I’m pretty sure RC is waiting on a Mammoth. 😆

Slayer,

3 reasons:

1.) A muzzleloader opens up more hunting opprotunities for airguns in different states. Also in Oregon you need at least a 50 caliber if using a muzzleloader to hunt elk.

2.) Although my 45 Ranger breechloader of course has the power to kill elk, but it is a loophole in the translation of the allowable arms, whereas under the General Centerfire Rifle season regs, a muzzle loader of any propelant and ignition can be used.

3.) Because I can.

I already have the air, lead, a mold is around $100.00.

I am thinking the 58 caliber muzzle loader upper is in my future.
