Long time no talk. I am one of the old TOG members coming back from the dead.
I just talked to Tony and he directed me to your new forum. Glad to see the motley crew together in a new place sharing the wealth of knowledge. Nice forum…and great job!!
I have been buried in work over the last three years, but I am ready to get my hands dirty again!
Someone direct me to the Yellow Ninja (Ross), as I have some catching up to do on the NV side of things………curious to know if any new tech combos are being used.
Looking forward to jumping back into the frey.
Who’s a brother gotta bug around here to get info on some threaded endcaps? 🙂

Good to see you back, Wil Long time no see! Had someone asking about your NV rigs a month or so ago and I was able to dig up some old emails we had exchanged on the subject!

Looks like YN wants to do some recording of those night hunts, eh? I saw those vids on Youtube and they were pretty great visuals. I would like to know how close they were.
The NVMTs or any monoculars behinds scopes don’t really give you a chance to do any recording unless you mount a camera behind them as well.
That is something I might work on for the movie making hobby i picked up over the last couple years.
Sounds like there is a lot to catch up on. I have been in touch with ATN and they are giving some good feed back.
I am working on a couple things and will update you as soon as I get out of the office here.

I havent had NV for a while, had a few CCD based devices, sold them and am waiting for the Yukon CCD Riflescope to come out.

Hey Rob, I did see that thread and saw how you guys found some old pics of the equipment used and instructions. I should post my old goofy rig pictures for anyone else who wants to hook up the NVMTs or monoculars on the cheap.
But as Ross indicated, Yukon made a mount after the work we did together, but they might have discontinued it for lack of interest.
What’s the latest buzz these days?
