Well, after a lot of time in the shop, my Air Wolf is ready to howl. A small piece of debris was found in it. Thank you for all the support regarding this topic.

Good news at last! I’ve been wondering how you were doing with the wolf. All those grouse getting away and such 😀
Debris is the bane of all things mechanical; recently pulled a dead mouse (chopped) from my truck’s interior fan…put the dash section together… then the fan sucked up the nest and jammed… took the dash section apart again, got the fan freed up and left the dash apart for easy access. Stupid rodent debris!
Ha ha, I know. I really need to upgrade the content. I think I should get my “ASSistant” involved more. Thanks for remembering. 😀

Hi,
You bet, what a pain to get this thing up and running but I had it out yesterday and hammered on a block of wood. This thing has the ballistics of a .177 but hits like a pile driver. Thank you for your comment and thank you for watching.

Yes, I have heard of that. The little buggers also like the intakes on motors too, can you believe that? Geeze. I had one build a nest in my air filter box on my 1997 Ford F-150; 4.6L V8.
Hopefully I can get out with this rifle and see what another 10 foot pounds will do for me, as the previous Air Wolf had 30 foot pounds. I sold that one to fund a .260 Remington build and need to kill a pigeon or crow with this thing. I was shooting some blocks of wood with the .22 cal.; 40 foot pound Air Wolf a couple of days ago and the smack-sound that is made was like listening to a framing nail being driven into the block of wood. I might use this on coyotes.
