If the turrets are level and the reticle is canted, bad scope, return for warranty service/replacement. If you have a, for example a 3-12x AO or side turret parallax, set to 3x and adjust the parallax, now zoom to 12x and the focus/parallax will be out of focus/fuzzy sight picture.  I set parallax at max mag and then move to 2x/3x.  You&#8217;ll have to try it for yourself.</p>

Could bend the scope tube, because you wind up with one scope ring higher and with a smaller ID than the other scope ring.  Something has to give and most likely it be the thin scope tube.</p>
<p>An adjustable cant rail or Burris rings add no stress to your scope tube.</p>

Trash can work it&#8217;s way into the gauge and lock it up. 									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Not sure, but I believe you slug the barrel, with a pellet, and then carefully measure the pellet&#8217;s OD. </p>
<p>Use a wood rod and drive a  lead slug through the barrel. Use a clutch type micrometer to measure slug&#8217;s OD. Non clutch micrometer&#8217;s will not give an accurate measurement because they will compress or deform the soft lead.</p>
