I noticed last night when I put the tri rail on my condor that the rails are heading ever so slighly to the left of the barrel. I think many dealers will let you get the ss tank instead of the condor high flow tank,get the condor, nicer scope rail and has the longer fram. Took velocity reading about after 6 shoots, very consitent.   I think I remember the high flow tank has a larger hole than mine, must be a ss tank, right</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>My condor .177 is supposed to have a ss tank, not the high flow, but its shoting jsb 10.2 grainers at 1070.  Seems fast, accuracy very good.  Do I have a high flow tank?  With the micro- meter tank its going 750 fps with jsb 10.2 grain.  Power wheel on 6,on 4 the velocity droops to 1065.</p>

I&#8217;ve shot 75 shots now and can still shot more!  Can&#8217;t wait till I get the micrometer tank back from AF, bet it shoots 125 hard shots.</p>

JSB heavy,2800 fill,standard tank,stock tophat setting,power wheel at 6,worst group-15 shot 1.2&#8243; at 28 yds, it was 30 farenheight ,dark and I&#8217;m sure I wasn&#8217;t looking straight through scope. 									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It seems to me any shiming must be of a very hard material and must be one peice with the tophat,any thing floating around or not hard like steel would seem to invite inconsitency and simply not be durable.  With tophat somehow properly shimed, tophat could be screwed out to meet the bolt face and therefore no bolt play.  ??</p>

But that seems a bad design that the bolt can be turned to left or right in the notch and still not be seated properly,you have to both put into notch and snug againts the tophat??</p>

With the enlarged picture it looks like screw holes for barrel bussings are near the end of the fram, I thought holes and therefore bushings were closer to breach, allowing about 6&#8243; to slide a pipe in, like in the ss?
