									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have made sure the frame is clean. I have emptied tank and checked to see if valve is hanging up but it feels like it is working right. When I turn the powerwheel to 12 it has plenty of power. I usually shoot with the powerwheel set on 8. Thats when I notice the change when I air up the tank to 2500 to 2900 psi.</p>
