And I&#8217;ve done other stuff with it since.  But IIRC, I was around 730fps stock, and added about 40 fps by adding the Huma reg.</p>

With no tuning, just installing the new plenum kit and leaving the hammer spring exactly as it was gave me 892fps avg, SD of 5. It had the feel of the single shot when cocking, you can feel the magazine index into the correct position, and as long as you always turn it in the same direction, there no skipped pellets.</p>

<p>For consistency and repeatability, I would go with something with a good regulator, like an Edgun or a Cricket, and shoot JSB pellets.  Each of those will meet your needs right out of the box, and can be improved by tweaking after you have it for a while.  </p>

That gives me a pretty good trajectory between 15 yards and 50 yards. 									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Haven&#8217;t had much time to play with this, but with JSB Kings (25.4gn) I have 8 shots at 772fps, 4fps ES,  from 220bar to 120bar, Huma regulator set at 120bar, 18 or 19 clicks on the hammer.  This is the short 250mm barrel.  I tried reg settings at 110bar and 115bar, but could only get 740 fps there.</p>

It is on the top of the trigger guard, so you will need to remove the trigger guard to get to the lock screw.
