I then got an AF condor the original guage was off about 100 psi from my Joe B valve on my air tank. I wanted to shoot it so I got it together enough to fire lap my barrel.  I had around 2000 psi in the tank and PW on 0  I shot 5 shot with the 320 grit then cleaned and then shot 5 more then cleaned it. <p>I got the disc glued on with some JB weld and got the holes drilled and tapped for the gauge and fill nipple.   Then painted it up with some Rustoleum Truck bed liner.<br />

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well I made me a hammer handle yesterday for my 257.   It is a little warmer here right now so I thought it would be a good time to get some of this done.  I also got the breech o-rings grooves done.  All I got left is to make and fit a handle to the breech but I want to wait untill I get the vavle so I can locate it in the correct spot.</p>

<p>I guess my drawing wasn&#8217;t that bad. When you remove material from the hammer you need to keep it cool or it will cook the plastic. I forgot to turn on the coolant one time and found out the hard way.</p>

To cold to do much but I did rough out a hammer yesterday and this morning drilled and tap the 1/4-28 threaded hole for the hammer.  The hammer is made out of Stainless steel. I finished the one piece bushing and the rest of the barrel machined except the leade.  Waiting on the sizing die before I cut the leade.  I also made a delrin breech. <p>Molds to start with Lyman 257420 is a good start, and the NOE, although a bit heavier, is damym accurate! 😯 </p>

Personally when i size cast bullets i use a dish washing solution like Palmolive&#8230;it is slippery enough to get a smooth exit of the sizing die and after sizing process you just need to rinse bullets with hot water.<br />
That way bullets  are totally clean for your next step(lubricating).</p>
