I am wondering what you have your Powerwheel set to ?<br />
If you get a valve that flows very well and reduce your power wheel to the minimum, then you reduce striking noise, but still put out plenty of volume.<br />

<p>Sometimes it makes sense to not sell the whole gun, but to sell the major parts and let maybe the stock be built and made in USA.</p>
<p>You can ship more per container and still the real parts that make the Edgun accurate are still under your control.</p>
<p>You can increase your volume.</p>
<p>Think outside the box.</p>

It takes up more space to go the gear way, but the sear can be one interface of two curves, so takes up less space.</p>

The exit hole is .288, which is (.288 &#8211; .250) / 2 = .019 clearance, so yes a slight shift can offset the hole, so even if the pellet never touches the side, it still is compressing air more on one side than another.</p>

That is a with a smooth design, and unobstructed.<br />
