The tank pressure is at the same pressure as the regulator is set to work at. For a few shots the regulator does not know what to do and can cause a little turbulence in the airstream. Once the pressure drops below 2100 psi the reg is out of the picture.</p>

<p>   The only down side Is I also have a hammer made out of brass also and when they come together it is a little louder. Other than that it cocks and works great.</p>

Even those little white rings on each end of the thumb wheel can dislodge and cause problems, throw them away also.</p>

<p>   Mine did come with the hardened rods and I have over 100 hrs. on it was no loss of performance yet, love this thing.</p>

<p>   I left my camera at work, will post a pic tomorrow. The valve I use are good for 10,000 psi and I use a cross fitting with 2 valves, a gauge and the fill hose. I fill my tank to 2216 psi every time.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Mine did the same thing. I put a Tee in the fill line with 2 needle valves. You need a Tee so you can bleed off that part of the hose. With the needle valve you can add as little as 1 pound at a time, works great for consistent fills.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I use an O-ring behind my tophat and it works almost as good as a regulator. You can adjust your tophat and use different sized o-ring to get the gun to do almost anything you want it to.</p>
<p>    Trade your Condor tank and valve for a Talon tank and valve.</p>
<p>    Use CO2.</p>
<p>    Get the micro tank and valve.</p>

Putting the original bushings back in probably would have solved the problem, but I worked so hard on the big one bushing idea I had to make it work.  </p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If you said the hammer was too heavy, you win. Drilled holes in the hammer to take it down to 75 gr. Put a very small o-ring behind the tophat and only filled to 2400 psi and did a 28 shot string.</p>
<p>     I love this gun.</p>

<p>    I have a Ruger 357 mag rifle that I use to test different loads with for my handguns. Every load has a different POI but I never looked for a pattern, maybe this is just natural.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I kind of thought it was the barrel myself, my other barrels do not do this. Just to try it I turned the barrel 90 degrees, I just moved the bottom bushing holes to the side and just used 2 grub screws. </p>
<p>   Point of impact did change, of course, but after 20 shots they still moved left and down, no change.</p>

<p>    That is a pretty good shot count also. If you change your reg to 2300 how about a report on how hard it is to do and let us know how it shoots.</p>
