I was told that 90-95 was safest weight if I go heavier I can destroy the valve.
Reason I ask is cause I want to buy a guys 110 hammer and use it with my TT condor valve.

In regards to the spring in Bolt actions heavier spring gives faster lock time but I think this is not good then the trigger pull will be much heavier in the condor. Is this correct?

Pab I think you are right bigger hole wider frontal good for hunting but in terms of BC. When I use to shoot powder burners I remember my smaller 6.5×284 Norma had better BC than my 30-06. Does this also apply to pellets. Any ideas or testing of long range shooting with pellets. When I saw long range I mean 100-200 yards.

You guys are right I figured that the low fps of the edge gives a lighter trigger pull but I will get an extra trigger group to mess around with and I’ll know exactly what’s in the edge. Ie lighter springs shaved off sears

I’ll try that suggestion with the over travel on the trigger does anybody know the difference between the edge and condor other than 3 lbs for the condor and 1 lb for the edge. From the outside looking at a catalogue not the actual rifle the edge’s bolts that hold the three sears are similar if not the same as on the condor frame any ideas.

Thanks for answering my questions it’s great but I spoke to the guy who makes etacreg and he said that it would be consistent but I would not get the high velocity. If I shoot 25 cal 43 gr at 1000-950 fps for ten shots then fill my tank in this method every time, the etacreg would not be needed. Is this right or did I miss understand.
