For filling, local scuba shop does it for 4 bucks, sometimes tops up (from 2k-3k+) for free. Guess we’re just lucky here. Local blacksmith shop made this for me as a copy of an antique. The blade isn’t damascus, its wootz- the patterns are carbides and it’s over 2% carbon.

They’ve done knives of this material, but I just have the sword.

Thats really awesome blodnob. Reloading the viper shells we use slices of old foam earplugs and a cottonball with melted wax to seal the bottom and the top. It works well, better than the factory shells actually. (We compared patterns- reloads were tighter). I can’t wait to see how it all comes out.
