I’m getting very close to buying one of the newly released Hawke Sidewinder 30’s. Depending on the reticle and power range it’s priced in the area you’re considering. I only mention it because it has every feature that a shooter could want for an airgun scope. Supposedly their customer service is one of the better ones for scope mfgs.

I may be wrong, but from my research any high pressure tank made of fiberglass or carbon has a maximum life of 15 years. A ’93 born on date would make it out of spec and no one will touch it.
