If you can’t find any leaks then start looking at rings and seals.

I also have one of these and after I worked on it to get running and changed a few things the rings and the low side gasket are shot after about 20 fills of a small ninja tank. I replaced the rings with the spares and the new gasket is setting. I will let you know how it works.
