									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Since it was done by others, they would just have to thread the male part of regulator to accept the AF bottle and thread the female CO2 valve part to take the AF valve. All we would have to do is remove the valve from the bottle pu it on the regulator and screw the regulator in the AF bottle.</p>
<p>Humm! sound tooooo simple must be a trick some where.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Very interesting, I will leave it to Voltar1 to give us the specs tolerence but I do have one question, from your design are you planning to draw the CO2 straight from the tank for each shot as I don&#8217;t see a regulated chamber? With no chamber and only one seal you may risk the tank will empty it self if the seal gets damaged or warn out.</p>

But the hammer has no seal and if air did escape by the front it would go around and through the hammer using the less resistance path, unless you had a large volume of air escaping.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If its hard to sand maybe try steel wool, start with some 00 then 000 and finish with 0000.  Plywood somethings contains pine plies which is harder to stain and its resin will stick through in time.  Look for a soft wood stain that resist resin.</p>

<p>I&#8217;m 6&#8217;2&#8243; and that butt would be too long for me by close to an inch.  Unless you&#8217;re any taller I would shorten it near the bottle. At the pistol collar or where the wed of your hand rest should be closer to the frame inline with the center of trigger.
