It was bigger at 55mm wide but just looked massive when put on my BSA. Would nt fancy doing it manual , CNC made it alot easier but would need more cuts if i did it again.<br />

The cutter hanging out 40mm flexed alot on the corners of the vents producing an undercut which im having to file out. Got the gun finaly together 😀 shoots 11.5lbs at 150bar which is all i filled it to. The two stage trigger seams to work much to my suprise but il have to get a grip to see if its got a real feel to it.<br />

I simplified the brake and made it smaller 60mm L x 55mm W, it would take alot of machining to make a copy of the Barret . A long series 6mm cutter would be able to machine the vents.<br />

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Buy the muzzle brake off Evilbay and just get a new half inch adapter to fit the brake , looks like theres a pretty big hole through the middle for the paint balls. The adapter would have to have slots cut in the side to line up with the muzzle vents . Maybe an hour and half to two hours work &#8230; maybe  😀  looks alot better cost wise .<br />

Force = pressure x area<br />
If you use metric dimensions it&#8217;s easier since you can move from Pascal to Newton very easily. Here&#8217;s shortcut for calculating with bars. </p>

I could of made the side plate fit flush but thought it would be a good place for some of the engraving. If you dont program a leadin ( ie. a movement before the cutter touches the metal ) then you get a cutter mark , a sort of undercut. It wouldnt take much to polish it up but im done with this one !.</p>

Ive also got the indexing bar (the sprung bit 😯 that turns the magazine) to turn the mag and hold the mag in place until the probe is pushed forwards. I got the long table version which looks to have all the travel il ever need  😕 and at the moment im in the middle of CNC ing it so my mill is in bits in the spare room .<br />
