The pond is a fantastic game magnet during the day or night which makes 90% of my shots relatively short, easy and shooting from a home door, does help keep things quiet.  </p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If you intend to shoot pests, the 22 is the only way to go.  Much more hitting power and more humane than using a .177.  Last year I saw around 20% crawl-aways with my .177, after switching to my 22 marauder &#8211; zero crawlers plus the ability to take out ground hogs, racoons which can be a challenge with a .177.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have owned and used an NCStar model NC-LS-APRLSC green laser sight  (Ap. $70.00) and and very happy with it.  About 4&#8243; long, extremely bright, acceptable bettery life and no too large &#8211; 7/8&#8243; APP.</p>
<p>I got the a single piece mm to weaver adaptor rail and it fits will on the front of my Talon SS just ahead of the scope.</p>

You will end up with a gun with more power, better long range accuracy and also quieter than a standard Talon SS with a 12&#8243; barrel for not much more money.</p>

<p>The 10.65 Beeman Kodiak double golds are as accurate, but I like the speed of the Ft&#8217;s.</p>
<p>I use the JSB Predators exclusively for all hunting, and they are surprisingly accurate for me. </p>

<p>I purchased the Beeman 5039 adjustable (1&#8243; high) scope mount which is a 1&#8243; high, one piece mount with an adjustment for both elevation and windage.    It has continuous mounting on the Talon SS rail. </p>
