									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>the tube that i used is automotive brake line, advertised to withstand pressures that are safe for airguns. it is 3/16&#8243; dia. it bends redily, carefull not to kink it. it is tin coated, so it solders well. and the surface is plenty smooth enough for o-rings to seal upon. hope this helps, it is really cheap too&#8230;</p>

I went to a heavier valve return spring, but my air supply is low, and I don&#8217;t have a pump so the heavier spring was only tested with 2200 psi. It worked fine so far but I guess it is back to the firehall for some air. The larger tank sure makes it look more robust, but the balance of it went out the window, it carries like an anvil. But i am sure it will be more steady.<br />

 I changed the tank, went to a 48 cu. in. 3000 psi. bottle. So I had to make a new mount, but now I have a foster quick fill and a gauge. As for using a rimfire barrel, they are a different size than those designed for airguns, but my home build has a rimfire barrel, and it shoots great 3 shots 8.5mm center to center at 50 yards. the secret of course is matching pellet to bore size. Of course this was what we planned on for valve travel limit so we will do the resilient plastic insert. I had already done this for hammer slap, and what a difference. Put a type of wad under to bullet for insulation, and it also will act as a gasket. So filled all galleries and both cylinders with water, plugged in the fill probe, and turned on the air. I used 3300 psi. dive tank, but we only went to 2500, I got chicken. all held well, not a drop of water showing anywhere.<br />

So if your bottle is behind the grip , it must be a quite a bit lower? My son&#8217;s .30 cals&#8217; bottle will have the top of it the same height as the shroud, and be able to pivot to adjust what thickness of cheekpiece he prefers. It is good to see you are not wasting your holiday time anyhow. later</p>
