I can take an Airforce gun, upgrade practically everything with the help of experts on here, and it still comes out cheaper than a Daystate. So you can forgive the odd rough edge on an Airforce, but not at Daystate money.</p>

The PCP tunes high flow valve max pressure is 250bar rather than 200 with airforce valve. That&#8217;s a nice valve, quiet and strong, if you are desperate to push the envelope. And why not.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>25 is an excellent calibre for airforce guns, I use it and can recommend it. But there is no optimum calibre. It all depends what you want from your gun. The airforce guns are more than powerful enough to make 25 cal pellets fly and you get more fpe and knock down with your average 25 cal pellet over 22 and 177. You should find you can get more than one at a time as they wont even fly off. But I recommend you run the gun a bit higher / faster than that. 20 something fpe will give you better range with less drop in trajectory. <p>Just for the record, <b>you can certainly use a Combro on a 25 cal barrel without worrying about the pellets clipping the device</b>, I have mine in daily use on mine, no problem at all. I&#8217;m sure the holes are wide enough for larger calibres than 25 as well!</p>

Of course one of the main reasons it feels so much lighter than other PCPs is because the tank is at the back and doubles as the shoulder stock. The fact you have a bit less room to get your eye relief is a price well worth paying for the lightness for me. </p>
