									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Never mind. I oiled the plunger real good and worked it by hand about 30 times. It&#8217;s perfect now. Amazing just how locked up it was before oiling it.  It&#8217;s a fun rifle. We shot some crosman ultra magnum 14 gr pellets and they sure seemed fast and the gun pretty quiet.</p>

I like to decock my rifle when I am sure I am not going to shoot it anymore but I ALWAYS leave a pellet in the barrel. I should have said something like &#8220;fine tuning for added velocity&#8230;&#8221; or something similar.  I am running a factory SS and if I wanted max velocity I would just get a 24&#8243; barrel, high flow valve, hammer, etc.  I like quiet and compact.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I may have been the one who started the thread you read.  I ended up making a nice 1 piece unit using some random 2 part epoxy I had among my paints and glues. <p>1. Number of shots per fill.<br />
2. Ease of fill (because of paintball popularity)<br />
3. Consistency of the gas pressure from full tank to empty (assuming tank temperature is constant, rate of fire would determine tank temp-I prefer to cherry pick my shots when hunting so it works well for me).<br />

Any cover that insulates would act like an ice chest, but would be a lot nicer on your cheek instead of a cold tank.
