Depending on the age of your rifle, there are either 1 or 2 set screws that hold the collar in place.  You have to pull the pistol grip, and maybe the trigger plate to get at them, but it&#8217;s no big deal.  Might be a good time to do some trigger polishing while you&#8217;re there :-).  Later.</p>

Just got one of these, still haven&#8217;t had time to shoot it much, but so far, I&#8217;d say it&#8217;s slightly quieter than my S400E and just as accurate. 									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Have you tried turning in your top hat, Loki?  Even with full pressure, the power wheel doesn&#8217;t do much on a TSS over about 6 or so as I recall.  Real power adjustment is at the top hat.  That said, at that low pressure, you&#8217;re probably not going to get many shots or much consistency, at least not in .22.</p>

Then take a wood or plastic mallet and give the end of the top hat a couple of raps, make it pop like you&#8217;d just shot it. Only other thing that comes to mind is a piece of trash caught up in the valve.  It might be self clearing, or you might have to pull the valve and take it apart.  But I&#8217;m just guessing, and if it&#8217;s a bad guess, I&#8217;m sure someone will let us know :-)!  Good luck.</p>

Now I have to relearn all my fill points, what I thought was 3000 was only around 2300.  Other things to check would be top hat set screws, power wheel setting, and hammer lube.  Sometimes a dry hammer will drag a bit, causing low power shots.
