									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Go to a scuba place and sign a release and they will fill. The one in Poughkeepsie, New York is a fellow airgunner and will work with us. I pay $4.00 for a 3500 fill. I use a 100cf steel tank and have never had a problem with my guys.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Maybe it is to protect the O rings, I am not an expert, just saying. Why not leave it charged, less to do when you are ready, and I can&#8217;t see why leaving air in it would hurt.</p>

If anyone else has a need to fill the Talon or Condor tank without having to purchase the adapter you will save a lot of $$$ with this part.
