I&#8217;ve got over 80k pellets through it on the original Orings still. I did change over from the SS to multi shot kit at around 50k pellets.<br />
It&#8217;s a beast.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I concur with Keyser^^^. My 25 long is set to 940fps and the poly mags are good out to 60. They just start grouping funky as you go past. At 885 fps they shoot same poi as Kings out to 75.<br />
At 940gps they are around 3/4-1&#8243; at 60yds as opposed to kings producing one ragged hole. Still acceptable for hunting and the pure energy dump is just wicked vicious.</p>

I did a few strings with sized and weight sorted pellets then threw in several known heavier and lighter with corresponding head sizes and the spread opens up a handful more fps over normal.</p>

Build a jig to hold chrono and rifle a set distance apart with barrel level and sighted in a couple inches above chronograph and appx 3ft back.<br />

I hunt doves at 100 yds in up to 10mph winds no problem. I do miss occasionally as they are small bird but 8 neck shots out of 10 is normal at that distance on average.<br />

It&#8217;s approximately 1/4 turn in from stock 130 bar setting on my regulator.<br />
You&#8217;ll have to fine tune Hammer spring to get flattest curve from top of fill at  205bar until it drops off regulator.<br />
Make very small adjustments to regulator after that to get target speed.</p>

Nowhere near enough to notice physically but sign of condensation build up would suggest to me a small amount of air getting past seal on each shot cooling outside of tube and your breath is causing it to condensate. Snug down breech screws or replace crush washer.</p>

Higher speeds at closer ranges will generally tighten groups up to a point.<br />

As I said earlier, if you want to increase speed above 880 Fps for the JSB 18 and still get regular MOA groups at 100 or farther you will need to have more matched pellets to your barrel. The higher speeds start to really show the pellets inconsistencies at around 100 and beyond. 									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>With appx 100k shots on my 25 long the preferred pellet is the JSB 25 or its twin Air Arms 25 pellet at 940 Fps in my long.<br />
MOA at 100 yds is consistent even approaching 1000fps. However when pushing out to 150 and 200 I found that 940 was best for achieving MOA with some normalcy.</p>

I use my rifles in all kinds of weather and conditions so a good cleaning is necessary.<br />
Appx every 200 shots I run a few coated with Balistol through and a single patch every once in a while just to check and its usually fairly clean.<br />

It was converted from SS to multi shot appx 20k pellets ago.<br />
I&#8217;ve got 5 replacement stems and a big bag of orings for both rifles.<br />
Haven&#8217;t had to use either due to regular maintanece and lube. Lube breech oring every few thousand and whole rifle tear down every 10k appx.</p>

However only vertically once rifle acclimated. Set it and forget it. A consistent Fps means same poi every time you pick it up.</p>

Both original prongs and valves.  Regular Maintanance and exceptional MOA accuracy make for much loved air rifles.</p>

I probably pumped appx 20k worth of pellets with my Hill pump to pass time at night. Figure an average of 100 shots per charge between two guns=200 pump sessions. 😀 .  72 regulated shots with a 2.33 SD and max spread of 9fps.<br />

I&#8217;ve got easily another 80k of 22 and 25 sitting on the shelf. I haven&#8217;t been shooting much as I&#8217;ve been busy growing my business here in Montana and exploring Glacier National Park.</p>
