									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I did it myself , here is how:</p>
<p>make sure the tank is empty, then take a punch chisel the size of the holes in the brass, then with a small hammer, hammer the holes alternatively in a counter clockwise direction.<br />
The tank must be held in a vise during the operation.  </p>
<p>When reassembly it , smear the threads with silicon grease.</p>
