You should fairly easily get the accurac,y you are seeking at those distances and even twice that distance if ya do your job behind the trigger.<br />
Perhaps you are shooting too fast and thus getting bigger groups.</p>

You might be able to place some side pressure with your thumb and push the whole power wheel forward against the spring enough to relieve the pressure from the washer enough to get it seated correctly and unbound.</p>

Definately a must have upgrade for precision shooting &amp;.benchrest.<br />
IIRC the setscrew mods require some tiny precise drilling and tapping of some tiny setscrews.</p>
