The 24&#8243; barrels are great I am sure. But a 30 frain .25 cal pellet moving on an average or 950 to 960 fps is on the level with me.<br />

I use my Airforce system for Hunting and targeting. It is very accurate. I need quiet for my backyard..  SHhhhhhh 😯  😛 </p>

With my 21&#8243; barrel is is mid to upper 900&#8217;s.</p>

<p>Right.<br />
In the PCP world a longer barrel generates more power from what I have read. So I was just wondering how much more a 24&#8243; might be compared to a 21&#8243;. But I really have more than plenty of power so I am by no means thinking of wanting more.   8) </p>

But thats a match target rifle. only about 500fps or so.<br />
My Talon SS modified by Tony does now about 900fps on the first 8 to 10 shots then it starts dropping in the 880 890 range etc&#8230;<br />

I think unlike other rifles the Airforce series are a bit hard to off set in weight unless maybe you over scope one perhaps. &#8220;?&#8221;  Hell man after Tony was done with mine it is almost 47&#8243; in length! I would say it is ballanced enough anyway. I shot the same distance as I do with my CP&#8217;s and man it shoots the same! Very nice. So I ordered 3 tins of 21 grain Kodiak round in .22 cal. 									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Yeah.. but be wise to the soft aluminum. Don&#8217;t get rough with it when checking your set screws. And fill your tank to about 2600psi. Try that. You might have a bit too much air if it was on a fresh fill when this started happening.</p>

It is only a Pellet rifle.  😳 I think he is either pulling his shots but if he can feel the difference in the gun because he is doing the same thing then the gun is changing some where or some way. Sounds like air pressure change making the pellet move high or low.</p>
