This may happen due to a softer compound or by using the wrong lubricant when placing the o-rings. It may also be that the seals were placed twisted in the groove. I’d start there. Good luck.

did you diagnose the issue yet eg? hopefully it was something as simple as you forgot to remove the tube oring?
No, I have.not been able to make it work yet, but also have not spend to much time on it either. I will let you know what came out of it.

I only filled it to 100 bar, would that be of influence? Or has the valve suddenly gone bad? Can I somehow restore that by pollishing the poppet and the seat?
