My sample size was not big since I manually shaved the bullets themselves (carefully) and it took a while to just do a few. At that time he was only promoting the barrel as a good way to shoot JSB King pellets. They fit nice n snug and should be right at the same diameter as the grooves. I had to loosen the fill fitting a bit to make it work on the second one.  AF was really good about shipping a tank before I gave up the old one.  I thought I just got a couple out of a bad batch. 									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I had this happen and found my top hat gap was too small.  A call to AF and they asked me to back it out a ways to see if that fixed it.  It did.<br />
There was too much slop when cocked so the top hat to bolt was not sealed well.</p>

If so, the set screw which is on one side of the bushing only, will move the bushing slightly off center when tightened.  The frame holds the shroud in one position and the bushing needs to align perfectly with the shroud tube.
