I made the  two bushing now in one piece of brass, it  add extra weight and man it&#8217;s so stiff, like my &#8230;.. 😳</p>

<p>Work fine for me 100+ shot from a 250 bar fill in .22 @ 30 ft/lbs.  ( my long time dream).</p>
<p>Marc shoot a .25 </p>
<p>And only less then 1/8&#8243; extra length of the bottle. 😉</p>

<p>By the old type there is only one part who hold the pressure, that&#8217;s the valve in the bottle.<br />
And the are two simple O-rings ( BS011) in the breech, even when they are wear out, the rifle will shoot.</p>

<p>Keep in mind that with a bigger bore in the breech you make it weak,<br />
When you shoot high power ( solids) it&#8217;s possible that it burst. </p>

If you are going to shoot HEAVY stuff, use a Alu. breech, Delrin can burst.<br />
Take a 7mm or more valve stem, then you can make a big bore tophead.</p>

<p>The adj. reamer is from a local shop, not top Q.  ( china )but it works, and put a socket on it and an extension rod and wrench.<br />
at the end of the reamer a put a bushing from black delrin  with a good fit in the bore, to center the reamer.</p>

it&#8217;s nice round inside 26,12 mm, did give it a try with a 3 stone hone tool for the drill works okay,<br />
but now first  to the beach for a swim.</p>

<p>Will try to push an adjustable reamer trough it , maybe with some guiding.<br />
Okay will lost a few 0.1 mm but it will  still be MUCH STRONGER then the AF frame.<br />
Specially  on the loading breech when I keep half the tube, ( or more )</p>

Try to keep a part of the tube, at that point&#8217; it make the frame A LOT !!! Stronger. </p>
<p>Just crab it from the web, don&#8217;t know of it&#8217;s 100% okay. </p>

With Modern machines you can dail in the pressure, start slow, and find the right pressure,<br />
and take a box of pellets with you, and a rod,  to try after some pressing.<br />
They did it for me with a nice  choke on a straight bore barrel.</p>

<p>After a lot of thinking and trying, trail and error, a freind of me made a REAL INSIDE REGULATOR in the bottle,<br />
Only a few milimeter longer valvehouse<br />
And give 105 shots  Hoot: @ 30 ft/lbs with jsb exact 16 grains.  With a 250 Bar fill!</p>
<p>i was going mad , My dream was   50 good shots @ 280 m/s ( 30 ft/lbs).</p>

<p>Was thinking the system was made so you only need a short turn to get the bottle from the frame and the quick fill give no trouble to the frame.</p>

<p>To make a real Mil Spec&#8217;s Turret, it need some parts, my home brew,<br />
see picture scope is an old Zeiss 6&#215;42 </p>
<p><b>Talon &amp; Target Turret &amp; Rangefinder = a shooting system</b>,<br />
for 10 to 100 Yards+ ( if there is not to much wind  👿 )</p>
<p>When I have no target turret or rangefinder I&#8217;m lost. 🙁 </p>

for the trigger,  or  put a helicoil in it.</p>
<p>I made a bolt with two small screws, and it works very nice.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m a lefty, and the normal handle did unsrew it self every time.</p>

now the travel of the hammer is less then 15 mm.<br />
Put a notch in my frame to keep the breech open.</p>
<p>With a little more preload on the spring, it sounds like the normal power output.</p>

<p>thank you for the info, but I&#8217;m looking for good grouping at 100 meters, will give it a try with a heavy frame ( one big brass bushing  for the barrel) and some nice JSB heavy&#8217;s 10,33 grains.</p>
<p>but first tune my .22 and,  after that the .25  😉<br />
A lot of work to do.</p>

<p>the extra length is  90 mm for the E-tag reg.<br />
On the picture is an other then the normal Talon bottle.<br />
It&#8217;s a short fat one 3000 PSI.<br />
Put a neoprene cover on it, made from a cheap ( $7 )<br />
notebook sleeve, for the time being,<br />
must also make a good butplate for it.</p>
