Basically the TalonP for the past year or so has a slight mod on the frame dimension where the spinlock collar sleeve is inserted into; hence, there is no need for the spinlock ring ears&#8230;.just need the spanner wrench and tighten down the grub screw to hold the sleeve in place.  </p>

<p>It&#8217;s bullshit. They didn&#8217;t have to write a ticket. They could have just released you with a warning. Discharging an air rifle in city limits is an LAMC code but it&#8217;s such bullshit.</p>
