									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Corect. S16 does not have a power adjustment. CO2 will in fact be slower than HPA. 14.3 grain CP&#8217;s average about 950 fps using HPA&#8230;. I think the .22 raptors are 9.9 grains so they would definitely go sonic with HPA&#8230; they should be subsonic with CO2 (especially if its cold out). May need to factor local conditions (altitude, temp, etc).</p>

Obviously the objective of increasing the caliber is to increase power, so 24&#8243; barrel would obviously give higher performance, as compared to shorter barrels of equal caliber and pellet weight.<br />

I can &#8220;effectively&#8221; hit a 10 inch paper plate @ 200 yards 8 shots out of ten. &#8220;Effective&#8221; as applied to dispatching game is 10 shots out of 10&#8230; in this case I&#8217;m &#8220;effective&#8221; out to 60 to 70 yards.
