A halfish counter clock wise turn of the HST will get you where you want to be and likely make those fliers disappear. (A good barrel cleaning might as well)<br />
You can use two very small drill bits or allen keys  and a third to apply leverage to turn the  HST.<br />

Likely you will be disappointed at the launch velocity when you shoot over the chronograph wondering why real world results are so good at non internet impressive launch speeds.  Don&#8217;t be.</p>

 JSB  and the AA badged  25.4&#8217;s shoot great.<br />
So did the JSB 33.95 Heavies.<br />
 Benjamin domes were right on their heels.<br />
Polymags shot OK but not the tight clusters I was getting from the previous three pellets.<br />

A complete turn of the hammer spring tensioner brought it to 52#.  Sound didn&#8217;t change much.  Didn&#8217;t try turning it up further so can&#8217;t say what would happen. I  just tightened my hammer spring one full turn.<br />
Dang, those are little holes to find something to fit.  Ended up using two sharp tipped wood screws with a third for a lever.<br />
Not ideal but worked.<br />
Went out and shot a few over the chronograph.<br />
The JSB 25.4&#8217;s went from 870 fps. to  920 fps.<br />

The Barracuda Extreme Hunters cork screw like crazy.   First pellet I&#8217;ve seen do that in this rifle.  Love the look of these pellets but haven&#8217;t had any rifle shoot them well.  That would include Daystate,Edgun,Cricket, and FX.<br />

Thanks for the tip on the magazine for using Predators.<br />
The heavies might benefit from that trick too.<br />
Went 5 for eight on starlings walking around the farm this morning.<br />
Hits were in the 50-70 yard range.<br />
Misses were up close due not holding under.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well, having to close the bolt that last 1/8&#8243; to seat the pellet makes reality a bit different than theory.<br />
If they would design a real bolt with the same camming action on closing they would be there.<br />
That said shot out to 100 yards tonight.<br />
I have to get a bipod installed on it.<br />

Disappointing about the puff of air to the eye.  Definitely shouldn&#8217;t be doing that.<br />
Hopefully Tony gets that straightened out for you.<br />
I&#8217;ve a supply of the AA 25.4 gr. pellets from quite  while back and they shoot right with the King version.<br />
This gun is definitely on my radar for a next purchase.</p>

<p>Shot casually with Bipods, 16gr Air Arms (JSB, kind of) and 12x mag = pretty good considering the equipment. The vertical spread was my fault. Before i could clearly see where to aim ( when that fluorescent yellow became visible ) i was a bit lost.<br />
