<p>I bought this like-new-in-box on Gunbroker.com for $100. It needs a little work on the hammer spring but I&#8217;ll get to it some time.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Six months? Yikes. Mine will take one pump and shoot, but if you try to put two pumps in, the air is released when you pull the handle down to start the 2nd pump. Note- if I remember correctly, the gun needs to be cocked before pumping.</p>

<p>It makes the gun so quiet my son started laughing. After shooting it without the shroud, I put it on and fired a second shot. My son just started laughing as he couldn&#8217;t imagine such a reduction in noise.</p>

<p>Without hot powder gases to melt the metal, small amounts of vaporized lead would only be in your basement air through one means. That would be if you&#8217;re shooting the pellets against a steel plate or other hard surface, which would send fragments and lead dust flying.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I use medium Airforce rings to hold my Airforce 4-16 x50 scope on top of a tri-rail. It works pretty well.</p>
<p>You want to keep your scope as close to the barrel axis as practical. The higher the scope above the bore axis, the more difficult it is to sight-in and makes holdover more complex.</p>
