Yeah, 150 pumps is a chore. I guess to put it in perspective, it’s no different that shooting 2 40 shot groups with my Disco. Each session takes roughly 65 pumps, so 80 shots would be around 130-140 strokes. Pretty much the same as you are doing, the only difference is that pumping to 2000psi is a lot easier than going to 3000 psi. This is why…Read more

do you mean from 0 psi, or between fillups as in after a shooting session of say 50-60 shots is a ball buster?

If it’s not too much of a chore to fill between shooting sessions, then I may just go the HPA route. My Disco only takes 65 -68 pumps after a 40 shot session. So, that to me isn’t too bad. If it were 200 though, cough, I’d look for…Read more

But pumping the tank from 0-3000 psi has got to be chore! Yep, i know that once the gun is at 3000, i wouldn’t empty it completely. So, this is an option of course.

Does anyone here (that’s reading this post – DOH!) use a hand pump to pump their HPA tanks up? I had a super10 once, yep once. It was a lot of work to pump it back up, however,…Read more

That sounds like you had a bad time with C02! Sorry to hear it. I was thinking about the .177, but I wanted to try get a little more FP, so .22 is what i’m looking for. The velocity range for your setup sounds terrible, hopefully this was just a problem that you experienced and that others have better luck.

Thanks for the reply.
