									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>i just took a rail and drilled the holes no need for counter sinking the nuts in back because there lots of room used 1&#8243; bolts with washer and lock nut<br />

The doves I want land about fro 70-130 yards away and I want to see pellet hits on targets at 100 yards so went with 16x<br />
