Spring/valve up to the cocking mech in the transfer passage (from cylinder)  I&#8217;m assuming the yellow shaded area is also of significance. <p>Mk1&#8217;s are not for people who just want to shoot and not maintain. <p>Only negative for me is the fitting of the lever arm to the slider over the barrel which is a cut down bolt.  I can see it damaging the threads eventually. <p>Vulcan with side lever conversion is the best bullpup IMO.  I can&#8217;t even believe how consistent the shot count is, I chrono&#8217;d it and 36 shots was something like an extreme spread of 7FPS! Most were a couple of FPS apart or same.  </p>
<p>I have a Cricket short too</p>

<p>Someone above mentioned the firing valve coming apart, mine did that but the gun still functioned ok.  Was literally rattling about in the cylinder.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>When I used it on my P10 I lightly sanded everywhere except areas I wanted extra grip (i.e. Pistol grip and forend)</p>
<p>It didn&#8217;t look any different but it felt smooth everywhere except for the grip areas so worked well.</p>

<p>People need to understand how much it costs in time/money/materials to make things like this.</p>
<p>I&#8217;d have happily paid $140 for a nice metal version!</p>
<p>The plastic version I have.. that&#8217;s expensive!</p>
<p>As long as the quality is good, the price isn&#8217;t bad.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Take a ball point pen (retractable ones are best size), cut a length of the pen tube and use it as a spacer in place of the hammer spring.  Then just use the original hammer adjuster to open ththe valve.</p>
<p>Be VERY careful when doing it though. As it starts to hiss, back it off otherwise the cylinder will empty all in one go.</p>

Also thinking of digi camo hydro dip.  Mine has suffered a fair bit of light damage as it gets a lot of use at night and gets rested on gate posts etc.</p>

Didn&#8217;t even notice any difference with the shooting, chronograped the same etc.  I&#8217;d imagine it was no doubt more wasteful of the air though.</p>

<p>He&#8217;s a top man really.  Language barrier is the biggest issue but I did a bit of google translation and wrote in Czech.</p>

The mechanics of physically loading are no different it&#8217;s just the lever that&#8217;s different so it&#8217;s easier to load. </p>
